GPT-4 will be sunset on April 30 and replaced by GPT-4o, our newer, more capable model. Try GPT-4o for writing, coding, STEM, and more—it’s intuitive, collaborative, and great at following instructions.
I’m not exactly surprised they’re sunsetting it due to it being hidden in the UI, and being replaced by cheaper, more efficient models, but it’s interesting that a model that was so good 1 year ago is already going now :/
