upgrading my laptop to 16GB of RAM 🔥🔥(ordering a 16GB stick now, not installing atm)

pov: meant to be studying spanish but it’s nearly 9pm (was gonna start at 7) and are opening a laptop to check if you can upgrade RAM

for now just running it on @OwenDaBanana ’s server that he is lending me, but if you have like a Pi, or tbh even just some old laptop/android phone(?) you should be able to run it. literally just python lol

and idk how to check what model it is, but yeah i assume DDR4 lol

also: -can i check how much RAM it can have max? - i would put in 2x 16GB sticks, but not sure if the CPU or something won’t support it -will it make battery drain…

this might temporarily save me. planning on saving up for a MacBook Air, but in the meantime I can prob get another 8GB stick for like £15?
