ugh i NEED to reinstall macOS on my mac mini (8/256 M2) but it seems so difficult to fully reinstall macOS - do i have to write it to a usb stick or will a quick factory reset do it?? :(

Shortcuts with Apple Intelligence keep failing for me on iOS 26 for some reason. Been happening for like 4-5 days now. Anyone know why? Did Apple limit this more on their end bc of infra?
