Best app for syncing to the cloud, crossplatform, to take notes on iPad w/ Apple Pencil? Needs to be able to write on PDFs..

been using Apple Notes for years but it’s killing my battery so quick rn and it keeps bugging out and not writing, etc…

also even w/ the “Nothing” block at the top of the shortcut, it still plays the animation of the app icon in the dynamic island – idk why? for others this fixes it… even on iOS 18 afaict. any deas?

If I use custom app icons on iOS with Apple shortcuts, will it kill my battery quicker? Sounds stupid but when it has to show notification in the Dynamic Island each time, it feels like it’s doing a “proper” process, and I open apps very frequently lol

To be fair, it was my sister’s one and she got it in like 2018… and it’s BH is really low I think 😭
