@derekyt_ yes but access to things like word docs (ChatGPT requires you to download and upload it since it’s not integrated into the browser, therefore can’t see your individual tabs.)

@derekyt_ other browsers might be able to do this, but Google chrome doesn’t have that where I live, and Edge didn’t do it nearly as well last time I used it iirc

@derekyt_ I still wouldn’t main it as a daily driver browser, but I’m using it every now and then for studying. It’s useful for condensing MASSIVE amounts of information down into bullet points or small chunks, especially since it can access multiple sites at once.

@derekyt_ I don’t rlly like Dia as a browser. No tab groups, and a ton of missing features (also for example, when the browser isn’t in full screen the tabs don’t even all show if you have too many!) but it’s an alpha or beta version (can’t remember which).

"

oh we’re gonna charge for Dia

"

He said that really quickly after David asked… hmm 🤔

Good luck with that after the backlash 😭

I’m not gonna hate, Arc was really nice, but I’m a little skeptical of the company still. Dia is okay… (in terms of use, not features).

Interesting discussion on #wvfrm rn with Josh Miller (CEO of The Browser Company) - curious to see what he says next, roughly halfway through.
