how can i safely leave iCloud photos? it keeps bugging me and I wanna stop paying!!

my parents already pay for a MS365 family sub, so my photos are already in OneDrive, and I self host Immich. I don’t need iCloud photos!!

if I delete them from the app, I’m scared…
