idk if you saw but we contacted the seller through Amazon too, and they asked for a photo of the device and its specs, so I just ran msinfo32 and sent them a photo of that window open on the laptop… then they stopped responding

lol this thinkpad is really nice. gonna keep using it for now (will update after whatever happens with the original seller), but it also gets incredibly hot LOL
